3D SMART SHIRT REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY

3D SMART SHIRT RETURN POLICY

Only products that have been purchased directly from 4D Motion Sports are eligible for refund under our 3D Smart Shirt policy.

The 3D Smart Shirt can be returned for a full refund of the purchase price less a 10% restocking fee if the return meets the following criteria:
 
  • Refund is requested within 20 days of the product’s delivery and the customer has
    received a Return Authorization from 4D Motion Sports,
  • Product is unworn, unwashed and unused, and
  • Product is returned in its original packaging with all the original components.
If the 3D Smart Shirt system has been used, a $100 garment fee and a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the Customer's original price. Sensors and Gateway must be functional to receive a refund. All refunds must be requested within 20 days of the product’s delivery and a Return Authorization has been issued by 4D Motion Sports.  
 
The Customer is responsible for shipping the product back to the location specified on the Return Authorization.
 

3D Smart Shirt Size Exchange Policy

Only product(s) purchased directly from 4D Motion Sports are eligible for exchange under this policy.

A 3D Smart Shirt may be exchanged if:

  • The exchange request is made within 30 days of delivery, and the customer has received a Return Authorization from 4D Motion Sports.
  • The garment is unworn, unwashed, and unused, except for being tried on for fit (as long as no damage, stains, or odors are present).

EXCHANGE Process:

  1. Customers must contact 4D Motion Sports to request a Return Authorization before sending the product back.
  2. Customers must remove the sensors and gateway. Do not remove the sewn in cables. Only the garment (with internal cables) should be returned.
  3. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless:
  • The garment was received in a defective or damaged condition (in which case the 3D Smart Shirt Warranty policy would apply), or
  • The wrong size was sent.

4. Once the returned garment is received, inspected, and confirmed to meet the exchange criteria, a new garment in the requested size will be shipped at no additional charge.

Additional Notes:

  • Processing Time: Exchanges are typically processed within 5-7 business days after the returned item is received.
  • Shipping Requirements: Customers are encouraged to use a trackable shipping method for returns, as 4D Motion Sports is not responsible for lost shipments.
  • International Orders: Exchange requests for international orders may be subject to additional shipping fees and processing times.
  • No Restocking Fees: We do not charge restocking fees for size exchanges.

 

3D Smart Shirt Warranty Policy

Warranty Coverage

All original components of the 3D Smart Shirt are covered by a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Claims under this warranty must be made directly to 4D Motion Sports, and proof of purchase is required. The warranty applies only to the original owner and is non-transferable.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Any improper or negligent use, operation, or modifications.
  • Failure to follow maintenance instructions, including lack of proper care.
  • Normal wear and tear, such as minor fabric discoloration, fraying, or degradation due to regular use.

Warranty Process

  1. The customer must contact 4D Motion Sports to request a Warranty Exchange.
  2. 4D Motion Sports will review the claim and, if approved, generate a sales order for the replacement part(s).
  3. 4D Motion Sports will send the replacement part(s) along with a prepaid return label and a Return Authorization (RA) form.
  4. Upon receiving the replacement part(s), the customer must return the defective item(s) listed on the RA using the provided shipping box and return label.
  5. The customer must return the defective item(s) within 15 days of receiving the replacement. If the defective item(s) are not returned within this period, the customer will be charged the full replacement cost.

Additional Terms

  • The customer is responsible for ensuring proper packaging when returning defective items.
  • Warranty claims must be made within one year of the original purchase date.
  • Warranty claims do not cover software-related issues, accidental damage, or damage due to misuse.
  • If the warranty claim is denied, the customer may choose to purchase replacement parts separately.
