RETURN INFORMATION

3D Smart Shirt Return Policy:

Only products that have been purchased directly from 4D Motion Sports can be returned and refunded under our policy.
The 3D Smart Shirt can be returned for a full refund of the purchase price less a 10% restocking fee:

  • If the refund is requested within 20 days of the product’s delivery and the customer has
    received a Return Authorization from 4D Motion Sports,
  • If the product is unworn, unwashed and unused, and
  • If the product is returned in its original packaging with all the original components.

The Customer is responsible for shipping the product back to the location specified on the
Return Authorization.

If the 3D Smart Shirt has been worn, washed, or used, it can still be returned for a refund so long as a refund is requested within 20 days of the product’s delivery and a Return Authorization has been issued by 4D Motion Sports.  The Customer will receive the original price paid less a 10% restocking fee and a $100 fee to replace the garment.

3D Smart Shirt Size Exchange Policy:

Only product(s) that have been purchased directly from 4D Motion Sports can be returned for an exchange under our policy.
The 3D Smart Shirt can be returned for an exchange:

  • If the exchange is requested within 30 days of the product’s delivery and the customer has received a Return Authorization from 4D Motion Sports,
  • If the product is unworn, unwashed and unused,
  • If the product was received in a defective or damage condition, or the size did not match the size that was ordered, and
  • If the product is returned in its original packaging with all the original components.

For approved exchanges, 4D Motion Sports will send a prepaid shipping label with the Return Authorization.

3D Smart Shirt Warranty:

All original components are covered by a one-year warranty.  Claims under this warranty must
be made directly to 4D Motion Sports, and proof of purchase is required.  The warranty applies
to original owners and is non-transferable.
The warranty does not cover the following:

  • Any improper or negligent use or operation.
  • Maintenance contrary to the maintenance instructions of the product (e.g., lack of care).
  • Normal wear and tear.
